The US National Library of Medicine Toxicology Network (TOXNET) has searchable databases on toxicology, hazardous chemicals, etc.
The UK and Ireland Toxbase database held by the National Poisons Information Service is available to NHS services and emergency services in Ireland if registered (username and password required).
